We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Registered Nurse ER to join our dynamic team in the medical industry. As a Permanent Registered Nurse ER, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to patients in the emergency room. You will be required to utilize your extensive knowledge and expertise in nursing to manage patient care, administer medications, and perform various diagnostic tests. You will work closely with physicians, healthcare professionals, and other members of the healthcare team to provide the best possible care to patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional patient care
• Assess and triage patients based on their condition and severity of illness
• Administer medications and perform various diagnostic tests
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and other members of the healthcare team to provide the best possible care to patients
• Educate patients and their families on their condition, treatment options, and preventative measures
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in nursing and healthcare

Qualifications:

• RN license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Telemetry experience
• PALS certification
• 2+ years of experience as an ER RN or Emergency Room RN
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
