As a Permanent Registered Nurse Hospice, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients in a hospice setting. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to patients.

Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients in a hospice setting, including symptom management, pain control, and emotional support
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans for patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Educate patients and their families on hospice care and end-of-life issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families during the end-of-life process
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to hospice care
Qualifications:
- Must have a current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
