Job Details:

We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and dedicated Registered Nurse for our Outpatient Clinic. Responsibilities:

As a Registered Nurse in our Outpatient Clinic, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Delivering high-quality patient care, including assessment, treatment, and referrals for a continuum of patient populations.
2. Providing comprehensive patient education on disease management, wellness, and preventative care.
3. Demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while handling patient queries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with other healthcare providers.
4. Maintaining accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with clinic policies and legal requirements.
5. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate the effectiveness of patient care plans.
6. Adhering to infection control protocols, safety guidelines, and other best practices in outpatient clinic operations.
7. Participating in continuous professional development and training programs to stay current with the latest trends and advancements in primary care and family medicine.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

1. Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license.
2. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in an outpatient clinic, primary care, or family medicine setting.
3. Proficiency in patient education, with the ability to communicate complex medical information in a clear and understandable manner.
4. Excellent phone etiquette, with the ability to handle patient queries and concerns in a professional, empathetic, and respectful manner.
5. Strong skills in medical documentation, with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
6. Experience or desire to work in community health, with a demonstrated understanding of the social determinants of health and wellness.
7. Knowledge of current best practices and guidelines in primary care and family medicine.
8. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
