We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Risk Management Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing risk management programs to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents and staff. Key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, managing incident reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing training and education on risk prevention. The RN Risk Management Director will work closely with healthcare professionals to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Current RN license
Proven experience in risk management, in a SNF/LTC setting
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices
Excellent communication and leadership skills
