We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team in the Medical Surgical department. This is a full-time position available for both day and night shifts, and we are offering a generous relocation package to eligible candidates. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, providing exceptional care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the Medical Surgical department, utilizing your acute care and medical surgical skills.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Serve as a leader and mentor to other nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Utilize your management and supervision skills to oversee the daily operations of the unit.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records, ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in medical surgical nursing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
• Current RN license in good standing with the state board of nursing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in acute care and medical surgical nursing.
• Strong leadership, management, and supervision skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
