Job Details
This position plays a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance for both domestic and international markets, with a focus on SDS authoring, chemical labeling, and hazard communications. We are looking for a highly skilled regulatory professional who thrives in cross-functional collaboration and is well-versed in global chemical compliance programs.

Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Physical Science, Environmental Science, or related field.
✔ 8+ years of experience in global regulatory compliance and product stewardship.
✔ Expertise in SDS authoring, domestic & international labeling.
✔ Experience working with Lisam/EXess and/or WERKSmart tools.
✔ Knowledge of GHS, REACH, TSCA, DSL, SARA, and other global chemical control programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee SDS authoring, labeling, and chemical compliance for global markets.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with international, federal, state, and local regulations.
- Review and manage product packaging, hazard communication, and labeling requirements.
- Provide regulatory guidance to internal teams for product development and marketing.
- Collaborate with teams to develop and implement regulatory affairs policies.
- Manage interactions with domestic and international regulatory agencies.
- Support regulatory audits, inspections, and compliance documentation.
- Stay up to date with emerging industry regulations and compliance standards.
