We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to work remotely and join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial construction, project scheduling, and either self-perform experience or experience managing direct labor.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and plans
• Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure that they meet project requirements
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure that work is being completed to the highest quality standards
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that projects meet their expectations
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other important documents
• Ensure that all safety regulations and requirements are met on each project
• Communicate project status updates to clients, team members, and other stakeholders
• Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts as they arise

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Strong project scheduling skills and experience with project management software
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, and team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and requirements
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
