Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Hunter: Source potential leads using your existing network and hunt for new leads through prospecting activities
- Utilize face-to-face meetings, heavy telephone calls, email, social networks, and events/trade shows to sell products
- Manage relationships with existing customers
- Attend customer trade shows and industry trade shows as needed
- Identify and respond to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs
- Maintain pipeline and customer activity using Hubspot CRM
- Support and train new sales team members when we start to grow the sales team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years B2B field sales experience
- Familiarity with Hubspot CRM preferred
- Experience with HVAC, IAQ technology
- Knowledge of with governmental rebate programs, working through agencies/rep firms a plus
- Familiarity with the proposal development process desired
- Role requires frequent travel, must live within 60 miles of a major airport and have the ability to travel up to 75% of the time
