Job Details:

We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Licensed Mortgage Loan Officers to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. We offer the flexibility to work from home or in-office, depending on your preference. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the mortgage industry and possess a strong knowledge of loan products and guidelines. You will be responsible for managing and growing a self-sourced book of business, while delivering excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a self-sourced book of business, leveraging your network and relationships to generate new leads.
• Guide customers through the loan process, from initial application to loan closing.
• Evaluate different loan products and determine which is best for the client based on their unique financial situation and goals.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all company loan products, guidelines, and pricing strategies.
• Use Encompass or equivalent software to manage customer data and track loan progress.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering client questions and addressing concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting and processing, to ensure smooth loan transactions.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and changes in regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.

Qualifications:

• Must hold an active Mortgage Loan Officer License.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or in a similar role within the mortgage industry.
• Proven experience managing a self-sourced book of business.
• Proficiency in Encompass or equivalent mortgage loan software is required.
• Strong understanding of loan products, guidelines, and pricing strategies.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your own workload.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions.
• Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to industry compliance standards and company policies and procedures.
• A strong network of contacts in the mortgage or real estate industry is a plus.
