Job Details

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven REMOTE Sales Manager to join our team in the Sales industry. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

You will not be managing a team initially, but will have the opportunity for growth into a Sales Director leading a team in the future should you desire a leadership path.


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, and monitor performance against targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company and build relationships with potential clients.


  • 3+ years of experience in sales and business development, aviation industry experience required. Experience in luxury flight sales is a plus.
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally up to 50%
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong time-management and self-motivation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
