Position Overview:
Located in Atlanta, GA, we are a large health services company and we are looking for a Remote Senior FP&A Analyst. This role will support the financial and business planning activities through hands on forecasting, budgeting, vendor accruals, variance analysis and various reporting.

Essential Job Functions:

• Work with department owners and finance leads within the company to establish and develop budgets and monthly forecasts
• Perform monthly close duties which may include, vendor expense tracking, cost accruals, and bank reporting etc
• Update and maintain forecasts in the budget and planning tool
• Contribute to the development of financial strategy in meetings with FP&A team, including the development of action plans and implementation
• Compare actual results to historical results, budgets, and forecasts. Prepare and report variance analyses of items to influence decision-making

Full time direct hire position

• Competitive base salary $90,000-$120,000

Requirements:
Must Have Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 3+ years of relevant corporate or operations finance experience
• Advanced excel skills

Nice To Haves:

• Healthcare experience is a plus
• CPA or MBA is a plus
• ERP system experience is a plus (Netsuite, Oracle, Workday)
• Experience in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment
