Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Lead the implementation and migration of SharePoint infrastructure, including custom development, configuration, and system integrations.
- Plan and execute SharePoint upgrades and migrations (using ShareGate) while minimizing operational disruptions.
- Analyze business needs and design SharePoint solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain SharePoint architecture, ensuring proper site structure, security, and governance.
- Create and manage SharePoint sites, subsites, libraries, lists, views, and workflows.
- Perform system maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues, and uphold data integrity and security.
- Provide training and user support to maximize effective SharePoint utilization.
- Research and implement best practices for SharePoint governance, security, and compliance.
- Offer expert consulting on SharePoint adoption, governance strategies, and information architecture.
- Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure project success.
- Document system architecture, configuration settings, and user guides for reference and training.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of experience working with SharePoint technologies.
- Proven track record of leading SharePoint migrations from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server.
- Expertise in SharePoint 2013/2016/2019 and SharePoint Online.
- Hands-on experience with SPFx, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PowerShell for SharePoint development.
- Familiarity with SharePoint migration tools and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint governance, security, and compliance.
- Experience with Office 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft Teams.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with project management tools.
- SharePoint or related Microsoft certifications preferred.
- Experience in the financial sector, particularly within banking or investment institutions, is a plus.
