Resident Engineer - Accounting

There are two open positions here, one Assistant Resident Engineer and one Resident Engineer 1. Both positions will sit at the Seattle Airport.
Track daily pay records and unit price quantities.
This person will be in charge of managing the monthly pay applications to assure timely payments are made to the contractor.
The person must love accounting and be able to manage large amount of pay records and be very organized.
The project will have over 200 individual pay items to track.
The project is also receiving funding from multiple sources, including federal grant that will need to be tracked separate.
The person could be a Project Assistant, or Assistant RE but the key role is accounting and record keeping for the pay applications.
The person shall also track change order work and payments.
Experience with force account tracking and checking for proper payment of cost is also needed.
