  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting, financial management or similar fields.
  • Significant experience in the hospitality, hotel, event management space.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with inventory analysis.
  • Experience working with the procurement team.
  • Experience reconciling capital planning and operations.
  • Experienced in working with board members and individual contributors.
  • Strong grasp of P&L statements.
  • Strong grasp of financial reporting.
  • Ability to utilize resorts to influence business decisions.
  • Strong excel skills.
