Job Details

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and fitness-minded Retail Manager to lead our store operations. This individual will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities including payroll processing, inventory management, team supervision, and staying on the pulse of the latest trends in the health and fitness industry.

Key Responsibilities
Store Operations:
Manage all aspects of daily store operations, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and organized environment.
Open and close the store, maintain operational standards, and handle customer service escalations.

Team Management & Payroll:
Supervise and schedule staff, ensuring optimal coverage and performance.
Process payroll and timekeeping accurately and on schedule.
Lead by example, providing coaching and training to foster employee growth.
Inventory & Merchandising:
Monitor stock levels, place orders, and track deliveries to ensure product availability.
Maintain organized stockroom and visually appealing product displays.
Perform regular inventory counts and manage loss prevention.
Customer Engagement & Sales:
Deliver exceptional customer service with knowledgeable recommendations tailored to client fitness and nutrition goals.
Support customers in weight loss planning and guide them through transformation contest participation.
Promote in-store programs, new products, and special events.

Fitness & Industry Insight:
Stay up to date with the latest trends in supplements, fitness, nutrition, and wellness.
Educate the team and customers on new products, routines, and health insights.

Qualifications
5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in the health, wellness, or fitness industry
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Experience with payroll and scheduling systems
Proficient in inventory tracking and retail POS systems
Passion for fitness, health, and helping others achieve transformation
Ability to work weekends and flexible shifts as needed
