We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Revenue Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team in the Energy industry. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting and at least 3 years of experience in revenue accounting. The candidate must have a proven track record of managing revenue accounting processes and delivering accurate and timely financial reports. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the revenue accounting team and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the revenue accounting team and ensure timely and accurate recording of revenue transactions
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor revenue performance and identify areas for improvement
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and anomalies in revenue data
• Develop revenue forecasts and provide guidance to the business on revenue projections
• Manage the Stripe billing process and ensure timely and accurate billing of customers
• Prepare investor reports and provide insights into revenue performance
• Manage asset management and ensure accurate recording of asset transactions
• Liaise between Asset Management and Corporate Finance teams to timely answer any investor or lender inquiries
• Conduct accounts receivable analysis and aging reporting to identify overdue payments and take appropriate action
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• At least 3 years of experience in revenue accounting
• Strong knowledge of revenue accounting principles and practices
• Experience with KPI development and variance analysis
• Experience with revenue forecasting and Stripe billing
• Experience with investor reporting and asset management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
