Revenue Cycle Analyst (Medical Billing / AR)

Groundbreaking SaaS Mental Health technology company headquartered in SC is expanding rapidly. We are looking for a talented Revenue Cycle Analyst to join their fully remote team. As their organization continues to grow, the need to identify and hire talented engineers has become paramount. This hire will be responsible for the following.

• Conduct client meetings, review of findings
• Manage relationships with client billing contacts and serve as primary point of contact for questions
• Identify key trends and work with internal and external billing teams to resolve issues
• Responsible for reviewing key revenue cycle metrics and working with internal or external billing team to improve results
• Liaise between cross-functional teams to ensure optimal delivery of service and client satisfaction
• Coordinate resolution of customer issues and concerns regarding claims processing and billing issues
• Maintains knowledge of and ensures compliance with state and federal laws, regulations for Medicare, Medicaid, managed care and other third party payers
• Manage multiple clients at once
• Work with clients to solve difficult payment problems including claims processing and billing issues across the revenue cycle
• Lead the planning and coordination of meetings
• Credentialing of providers and facilities
• Vendor oversight to demand excellence from our external RCM vendors

o Ensure RCM vendors are submitting claims, tracking denials and posting payments

• Product knowledge expert for software design
• Billing demos
• Billing trainings on new and existing software functions
