o 7 on 7 off nights. They work nights from 5p-9a 7 nights in a row, then have off 7 nights in a row
o They will also take a candidate for Fri to Sunday on-call too
o They need to cover some but not all of the following counties. There is another on-call RN that covers the territories too
 Elkhart County, IN
 St. Joseph County, IN
 Marshall County, IN
 Pulaski County, IN
 Fulton County, IN
o They are responding to patient or aide or facility calls
o They stay at home and go out when needed
o Some nights they might be out all night, some nights they wont go out at all
o Mileage reimbursement at 42 cents per mile
o What you will be doing:
 The On-Call Hospice RN works either 7 on 7 off 5pm-9am, or Friday 5pm to Monday 9am providing on-call services for a hospice territory
 Respond to patient family, staff, and facility calls
 Assist with admissions as needed
 Perform patient pronouncements
o Skills you need:
 RN license in Indiana
 On-Call Hospice or Home Health experience preferred
