What You Will Be Doing

Manage and deliver patient care to assigned patients
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and attending physician
Provide direct patient care and delegate/assign responsibilities as appropriate
Lead the interdisciplinary team in achieving desired patient outcomes
Perform ongoing assessments and adjust care plans as needed
Work various shifts including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends
Participate in mentorship programs and professional development opportunities

Skills You Need
Graduation from a Registered Professional Nursing Program
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to recognize and react appropriately to patient care emergencies
