Job Details:
We are seeking a highly skilled, professional, and passionate Permanent RN for our Infusion Clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our patients, administering medications, managing patient recovery, and monitoring vital signs. This role is a unique opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility with a team of experienced healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of infusion therapy.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert care for patients undergoing infusion therapy, including preparing and administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and managing patient recovery.
2. Assess patient health, develop care plans, implement treatment protocols, and evaluate patient's progress.
3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
4. Educate patients and their families on infusion therapy, including the process, potential side effects, and post-treatment care.
5. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including medication administration, patient responses, and progress.
6. Adhere to all safety and infection control standards, ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients.
7. Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in infusion therapy.

Qualifications:
1. Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license.
2. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
3. Certified Registered Nurse of Infusion (CRNI) certification is preferred.
4. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with a focus on infusion therapy.
5. Proficiency in IV infusion, including the preparation and administration of medications.
6. Exceptional clinical skills, with a strong understanding of infusion therapy principles and protocols.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex medical information to patients and their families.
8. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple patients and priorities effectively.
9. High level of compassion and empathy, with a dedication to providing exceptional patient care.
10. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
11. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
