We are seeking a dynamic, patient-focused Registered Nurse to join our thriving healthcare team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations of the clinic, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients. Responsibilities:

As the Clinic Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including patient care, staff management, budgeting, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
2. Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient-care programs and services.
3. Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care by monitoring and improving performance metrics.
4. Developing and maintaining effective communication with patients, families, staff, and other healthcare providers.
5. Managing staffing levels, including hiring, training, evaluating, and disciplining staff as necessary.
6. Ensuring compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards, including patient privacy and safety.
7. Addressing patient complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
8. Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinic operations.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Clinic Manager position, you must have:

1. An active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
2. Prefer 2 years leadership experience as a Charge Nurse, Team Lead, Nurse Supervisor, etc.
3. Experience treating all ages
4. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, staff, and other healthcare providers.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
7. A commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
8. Knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and standards, including patient privacy and safety.
