RN Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent RN Team Lead to join our dynamic medical industry team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RN, Med Surg Nurse Manager, Nurse Manager, RN Supervisor, Acute Care Nurse, and Med Surg Registered Nurse. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of nurses to ensure high-quality patient care and safety
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create effective care plans
• Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes and adjust care plans as necessary
• Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and mentoring
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and programs
• Manage staffing and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records and documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Active RN license with at least 3 years of experience in acute care or med surg nursing
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing or related field preferred
• Previous experience in a leadership or management role, such as RN Supervisor or Nurse Manager
• Knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and techniques
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with electronic health records and other healthcare technology
• Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in on-call rotation as needed
