Job Details

What You Will Be Doing

Conduct telephone triage, assessing symptoms and providing guidance.
Respond to patient concerns related to post-operative care and urgent issues.
Document patient interactions in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Provide patient education on disease processes, treatment plans, and post-procedure care.
Coordinate care with the scheduling team for follow-ups and referrals.
Triage incoming patient messages and urgent provider requests.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to improve patient care processes.

Skills You Need

Clinical Experience: Minimum of 2 years in clinical nursing, preferably in ENT, oncology, or outpatient specialty clinics.
Assessment Skills: Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.
Communication: Excellent communication and patient education skills.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EPIC preferred).
