Job Details:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team in the Immediate Care department. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary and an attractive $5,000 sign-on bonus. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing immediate care to patients in critical condition, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of patient care and safety.

Responsibilities:
As an RN in Immediate Care, your primary responsibilities will include but not limited to:

1. Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in consultation with healthcare professionals.
2. Responding promptly to life-saving situations, using nursing standards and protocols for treatment.
3. Providing instant medical care in emergencies, including assisting in emergency procedures and providing critical care nursing.
4. Administering medications, monitoring patient responses to treatment, and making necessary adjustments.
5. Ensuring all medical equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
6. Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families.
7. Documenting all patient information accurately and completely.
8. Maintaining strict confidentiality in all matters pertaining to patients.
9. Participating in professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest nursing techniques and procedures.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have the following qualifications:

1. A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
2. Minimum 2+ years of experience as an RN, preferably in an acute care setting.
3. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
4. Proven experience in emergency care and critical care nursing.
5. Exceptional ability to respond effectively to medical emergencies.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
8. Strong team player with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
9. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
