Job Details

  • Help deliver new sales focused in the Construction, Engineering and Architecture segment.
  • Develop prospecting plans for territory development to build rapport and create opportunities
  • New business sales (whitespace), building pipeline and closing a well qualified business opportunities.
  • Take responsibility for prospect / customer relationship management strategies.
  • Follow a formal sales and business development process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date forecasts; provide sales management with reports on sales activities and projects as requested
  • Identifying investment opportunities in prospects and clients to enhance the company offerings
  • Pursue an increased knowledge of key competitors to communicate our value proposition to customers effectively
  • Manage and maintain accurate leads, opportunities, and account information within Salesforce.com.
  • Identify potential consulting and technology partnerships
  • Work closely with Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Operating Officer (based in Maryland), Demand Generation and Marketing teams to assist you in your business development efforts.
  • This is not an account management role, this is a new business sales role.
