We are seeking a highly skilled EHS Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will possess experience in manufacturing, safety, OSHA, CCO, forklift certification, compliance, environmental, waste reporting, hazardous waste management, air quality management, SDS, rigging, and confined space. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
• Train and educate employees on safety procedures and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and manage hazardous waste disposal.
• Manage air quality and waste reporting to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Oversee rigging and confined space procedures to ensure safe working conditions.
• Manage SDS and ensure proper labeling and handling of chemicals.
• Investigate accidents and incidents and develop corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
• Ensure compliance with all EHS regulations and standards.
• Maintain accurate safety records and reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing safety and compliance.
• OSHA and CCO certification preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and hazardous waste management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop effective solutions.
