About the Position

The Sales Director is the face of our company, with a focus on a specific list of strategic clients. You will take ownership of revenue generation, developing opportunities, managing sales pipeline, creating and executing on account strategies, close enterprise-level deals and manage client growth and expansion. You will be responsible for the ongoing identification, development, and assessment of client opportunities in your market. You are responsible for developing long term, valued trust-based partnerships and unparalleled customer service with our clients.

We are looking for a highly qualified Sales Director that is interested in a pure hunting role. This individual contributor will help us expand our US-based sales team.

Responsibilities
* Successfully present, promote, and sell our services to existing and prospective customers
* Direct revenue responsibility of $2-5M+ with an expectation of high annual revenue growth
* Focus on prospecting through closing while developing new relationships
* Help potential clients discover unmet needs and explore how we can deliver extraordinary value
* Provide complete and appropriate solutions to boost revenue growth and profitability
* Successfully position our services to senior executives, VPs and Director-level buyers, and entrepreneurs
* Collaborate with Account Managers, Recruiters, and Delivery leaders to manage account success plans
* Participate in Sales Meeting, Quarterly Business Reviews, and modify go-to-market plans as required
* Develop account specific plans in collaboration with the Sales Leader
* Accurate and on-time forecast reporting; produce monthly forecasts on pipeline activities, maintain Salesforce updates, and track against both annual and quarterly goals
* Manage activity and pipeline in Salesforce to exceed your goals
* Partner with contract management to develop and execute MSAs and Statements of Work
