A bit about us:

We are a well-established and growing third-party logistics firm here in Cincinnati, Ohio. We are not cradle-to-grave, but rather have a dedicated team that supports our carriers and clients post-sale and throughout the delivery. This position oversees the operations team of ~10 people dedicated to providing solutions to our unique customers. The ideal person will have 2 or more years in brokering freight, be highly detail-orientated, coach and lead from the front, and be a tactical thinker.
