Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Sales Manager to join our manufacturing industry team. As a Sales Manager in the Chemical manufacturing industry, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and executing sales strategies that align with our business objectives. You will work closely with our manufacturing team to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and that our sales targets are met or exceeded.


  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow sales revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Develop and deliver effective sales presentations to prospective customers
  • Collaborate with our manufacturing team to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts
  • Train and mentor sales team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new sales opportunities


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B outside sales in the manufacturing industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and chemical products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel as needed
