We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Operations Analyst to join our team in the Private Equity/Manufacturing space. This is a role where you will be pivotal in driving our sales strategy and operational efficiency. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing sales data, improving sales processes, and working closely with cross-departmental teams to ensure the overall success of our sales operations.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to gather accurate data for sales forecasting and strategic planning.
- Perform detailed sales analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
- Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand and resolve any issues related to sales operations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to assess company performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Provide support for private equity activities, including due diligence and portfolio management.
- Develop and present detailed reports to the management team, providing insights and recommendations to drive sales growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Sales Operations Analyst role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in sales analysis, data analysis, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales forecasting tools.
- Experience working with cross-departmental teams and managing stakeholders.
- Knowledge of private equity and manufacturing strategies is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
