Our Sales Producers are more than just salespeople. Like any insurance agency, they source prospects, quote them policies, and bind the policies to convert those prospects into clients. But most importantly, our producers strive to be insurance experts, by ensuring that each of their clients have the proper coverage that they need, all while delivering a best-in-class insurance experience.

We know that insurance is more complicated than the major “do-it-yourself” websites make it seem, which is why we are committed to hiring hard-working individuals motivated by serving as an insurance expert for the folks in their community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Successfully develop and deploy sales and marketing strategies with clients and prospects.
  • Manage the overall client relationship.
  • Drive consistent and predictable organic growth, client satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the discovery process (sales due diligence) and conceptual presentation promoting Provision’s value proposition and differentiation.
  • Demonstrate the ability to identify and overcome sales obstacles on a prospect-specific basis.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking and innovation based on knowledge of the market.
  • Positively interact with Provision colleagues, including management team and service department, to provide a seamless experience for clients.
  • Perform all other duties as requested or assigned.

Required Qualifications:
  • Personable and highly motivated to grow personal success.
  • A consultative, positive, and resourceful approach to dealing with prospects, clients, and colleagues.
  • Strong and/or developing understanding of property and casualty insurance.
  • Experience in a customer-facing environment – this doesn’t have to strictly be a sales role (e.g., if you are an amazing waiter/waitress/bartender or have retail experience, you are poised to succeed at this job!)
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid computer skills (comfortable using email, multiple screens, and jumping between multiple browsers/applications).
  • High school diploma or GED.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience selling or servicing personal lines insurance
  • Active insurance license
