We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Representative to join our vibrant sales team. This is an opportunity for an ambitious individual to drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities within the roofing and construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing sales for all our product offerings and services. This position requires a charismatic individual who can conduct themselves professionally with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth.
2. Identify potential clients, conduct market research, and convert leads into long-term customers.
3. Maintain a deep knowledge of our products and services to effectively educate potential clients, addressing their specific needs and concerns.
4. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients.
5. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
6. Perform cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.
7. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to optimize sales results.
8. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
9. Regularly provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitor activities, and potential for new products and services.
10. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the industry.
11. Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and able to work to deadlines.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the roofing, construction, or contracting industry.
2. Proven work experience as a sales representative with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
3. Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
4. Strong knowledge of the roofing and construction industry, including residential and commercial roof repair.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
6. Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
7. Proficient in conducting market research and lead generation.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Strong time management and organizational skills.
10. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and CRM software.
11. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
