We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Sales Representative in the Manufacturing industry. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, highly successful team that is at the forefront of our industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining long-term relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:

1. Identify and generate new sales opportunities through analysis and discovery, understanding business needs, and selling products and services that meet those needs.
2. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the market, including competitor activity, industry trends, and potential areas of opportunity.
3. Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals and sales targets.
4. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
5. Deliver presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our products and services.
6. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction.
7. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
8. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and professional networks to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven track record of successful sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
3. Exceptional prospecting skills and excellent ability to initiate, establish, and nurture meaningful business relationships over the phone, by email, and in person.
4. Strong sales planning and negotiation skills.
5. Deep understanding of the manufacturing industry market and its current events, trends, and competitors.
6. Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
8. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales applications.
9. Highly motivated, ambitious, and driven by success.
10. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
11. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
