Individual accountabilities:
"• Responsible for all aspects of Sales user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules

• Responsible for salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
• Manage sandbox environment
• Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
• Identify unused or underutilized platform features
• Create a platform development roadmap and define priorities, liaising with CMT and ARMX stakeholders
• Own, develop and deploy all and any communications of any platform changes, enhancements or developments to end users and stakeholders
• Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
• Responsible for proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
• Manage user support tickets, improvements and development requests with service providers (internal or external for training, coding, development or other)
• Monitor and improve user adoption by deploying creative user adoption strategies (could include new features, training, campaigns, incentives or other mechanisms)
• Train new user and ongoing user
• Maintain and develop technical documentation not limited to written form, can include video, training software, etc.)
• Working with integrated applications including Command Alkom, SAP and Website Wordpress (including existing APIs)
• Liaise with internal IT teams to develop, maintain and improve systems integrations and functionality"
