Securities Attorney

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Permanent Securities Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal counsel on a wide range of securities law matters, including corporate transactions, securities law compliance, and bank regulatory law.

The Securities Associate Attorney will be responsible for the following:

1. Providing legal advice on a wide range of securities law matters, including corporate transactions, securities law compliance, and bank regulatory law.
2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of complex legal documents related to securities law, including prospectuses, registration statements, and shareholder agreements.
3. Advising on the legal aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and joint ventures.
4. Ensuring compliance with all applicable securities laws and regulations, as well as with company policies and procedures.
5. Keeping up-to-date with developments in securities law and advising the company on any potential impacts.
6. Representing the company in any legal proceedings related to securities law.
7. Working closely with other members of the legal team and other departments to provide comprehensive legal advice.

The successful candidate for the Securities Associate Attorney position must have the following qualifications:

1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate transactional law, securities law, securities law compliance, and bank regulatory law.
3. Strong knowledge of federal and state securities laws and regulations.
4. Excellent legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
9. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
