We are seeking a Permanent Security Technician to join our dynamic team in the Engineering industry. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Access Control, Alarm and Security. As a Security Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing security systems, including Access Control, CCTV, Alarm, and Security. You will also be responsible for installing new systems and ensuring that they operate at peak efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair security systems, including Access Control, CCTV, Alarm, and Security.
• Perform regular system checks to ensure that all systems are operating at peak efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with security systems.
• Collaborate with other members of the engineering team to ensure that the security systems integrate with other systems.
• Provide technical support to clients and end-users.
• Train clients and end-users on how to use the security systems.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Access Control, CCTV, Alarm, Security, and Lenel Certified Professional.
• Experience with LENEL Access Control systems, RS2, and Avigilon. Big plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be willing to travel to client sites as needed.
