Responsibilities:

• General Ledger responsibilities: this role will support the Finance & Accounting team in key areas, leading coordination and preparation of the monthly and quarterly close and financial reporting process, journal entries, accounts payable support, and assisting in financial statements preparation.
• This role will also assist in SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting planning, coordination, and preparation of the Company’s SEC filings (10K, 10Q, 8K, etc.) across all functions and affected teams including but not limited to legal, functional departments, strategy, product, and finance, etc.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working in operational accounting and/or SEC filings
• Big 4 or Public Accounting foundation preferred
• Active CPA preferred
• Technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
