In coordination with the Chief Financial Officer and the Controller, the Senior Accountant prepares financial reports to track the organization’s assets, liabilities, profit and losses and other related financial activities. The Senior Accountant exercises discretion and judgment in maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts and preparing reports for management. Assigned duties include general ledger maintenance, gift reporting, and support of the Business Office by troubleshooting issues, cross training, and handling inquiries from external and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

· CPA preferred.

· 3+ years of relevant accounting experience

· Experience working with Blackbaud accounting software preferred.
