Job Details:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading organization in the finance industry, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial health. As a Permanent Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, preparing tax returns, assisting with audit preparations, and performing other accounting duties as assigned. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports.
2. Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets.
3. Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements.
4. Create new processes to improve financial efficiency.
5. Report analysis and findings to management team.
6. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
7. Prepare tax returns and corporate reporting requirements.
8. Maintain the general ledger and assist in month end closing.
9. Manage and track the performance of invested assets in keeping with policies and investment guidelines.
10. Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
3. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in accounting or related field.
4. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Experience with 1065 and 1120 tax forms is required.
6. Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
8. High level of efficiency and accuracy.
9. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
