As an Accountant, you will prepare accurate and timely financial statements, analyze financial data, and ensure compliance with accounting regulations.

Represent our brand positively at all times, whether working with vendors, internal contacts, coworkers, and/or the leadership team.
Offer solution-based and helpful dialogue, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with established schedules and with input from the rest of the accounting department.
Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and other issues that should be brought to the CFO's attention.
Meet financial deadlines by prioritizing and systematically organizing scope of work.
Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
Record adjusting journal entries as needed
Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary
Participate in the annual financial audit process
Provide internal and ad hoc reporting as required
Ensure sales/use tax reporting and compliance
Assist in the month-end close process
Identify and assess business and departmental needs to achieve customer satisfaction.
Validate and approve payroll for the department.
Support immediate and extended teams, while adding value and heightened contribution.
Embrace opportunities to learn new skills and better methodologies
