Job Details

This role is onsite and where many hats -- will be in line to take the CFO seat in a few years

Direct, relevant and diverse experience in a manufacturing industry is highly preferred. This position has significant career growth opportunities for the right individual.

Responsibilities
  • Record and maintain daily financial transactions (AP, AR, general ledger).
  • Ensure accurate financial records aligned with accounting standards.
  • Support month-end/year-end close and prepare financial statements.
  • Collaborate across teams for timely financial reporting.
  • Analyze financial reports and investigate discrepancies.
  • Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
  • Monitor expenses for accuracy and policy compliance.
  • Manage banking relationships, reconciliations, and fund transfers.
  • Oversee AP and AR processes, including invoicing and collections.
  • Communicate with vendors and customers on billing and payments.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Assist with tax filings and audit preparations.
  • Use accounting software/ERP systems for reporting and documentation.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of diverse accounting experience; apparel/manufacturing a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and Microsoft Office.
