Our finance industry client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Senior Accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in senior accounting and public accounting. They must also have expertise in Quickbooks software. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Participate in audits and other financial reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in senior accounting and public accounting.
• Expertise in Quickbooks software.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPA certification is a plus.
