We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, preparing financial reports, and coordinating the company's financial activities.

- Oversee and manage all accounting functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Financial Statement Preparation
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Assist with the preparation of the annual budget and forecasts
- Maintain and reconcile the company's bank and credit card accounts
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement cost accounting strategies to enhance profitability
- Analyze manufacturing and production costs, work with production teams to identify areas of cost reductions and cost efficiencies
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting and tax regulations
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and prepare reports as required by management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Advanced knowledge in cost accounting principles and procedures
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting regulations
- Highly skilled in financial analysis, financial planning, and budgeting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
