Job Details

We are actively seeking a Senior Accountant to join our finance team and help drive the next chapter of growth. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and is excited to roll up their sleeves to build processes, implement best practices, and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

Own general ledger activities, month-end close, and account reconciliations

Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports

Support integration of newly merged operations across departments

Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal controls

Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and executive leadership

Assist with external audits, tax preparation, and regulatory reporting

What We’re Looking For:

CPA required

2+ years of experience at a Big 4 firm

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

5+ years total accounting experience preferred

Strong knowledge of US GAAP

NetSuite experience is a plus, but any large ERP system is acceptable

Background in manufacturing, distribution, construction, or oil & gas industries strongly preferred

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
