Job Details
We’re expanding our team and looking for an experienced Senior Accountant who can take ownership of managing a set of client books, drive automation and systems improvements, and collaborate closely with leadership.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple clients across industries like construction, engineering, and manufacturing.
- Handle AP, AR, payroll, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Maintain accruals, depreciation schedules, and ensure accurate journal entries.
- Leverage technology tools like Bill.com, Monday.com, and Fathom to streamline processes.
- Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives, including ownership transitions and financial planning.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a supportive, tech-forward team culture.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally with exposure to multi-entity accounting.
- Strong knowledge of debits, credits, and financial statement preparation.
- Comfort with cloud-based accounting tools and ERP systems.
- A passion for process improvement, automation, and efficiency.
- A great attitude, high integrity, and a collaborative approach.
