Senior Analytical Scientist

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and execute complex analytical projects, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of results.
2. Develop and validate new analytical methods for product development and quality control.
3. Design and conduct experiments, interpret data, and provide recommendations based on findings.
4. Perform stability studies and shelf-life determinations to support product development and regulatory submissions.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address analytical issues and provide scientific expertise.
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards.
7. Prepare and review technical reports, data summaries, protocols, and regulatory submissions.
8. Continuously stay abreast of the latest developments and technologies in the scientific industry.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related field. Advanced degree is preferred.
2. A minimum of 8+ years of experience in the scientific industry, with a focus on analytical chemistry (less required with advanced degrees).
3. Proven expertise in method development, design of experiments, analytical testing, stability studies, and shelf-life determinations.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly and effectively.
6. Proficiency in using analytical software and tools.
7. Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. High level of integrity, initiative, and dependability, with a strong focus on results.
10. Team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
