Job Details

  • Join a dynamic team of corporate and finance attorneys
  • Lead and support on entity formation and structuring, with a focus on investment funds
  • Handle private equity and venture capital transactions
  • Advise clients on public and private securities offerings and compliance
  • Draft and negotiate documentation for equity and debt financings
  • Counsel clients on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestitures
  • Provide pre-litigation corporate counseling and partnership law support
  • Work closely with institutional investors, fund sponsors, and portfolio companies

Looking For:

  • J.D. and licensed to practice in TX
  • 5+ years of experience, with a focus on investment funds and corporate transactions
  • Experience or strong background in fund structuring, private equity investments, and securities compliance
  • Strong background in entity formation, equity and debt financings, and M&A work
  • Proven ability to manage complex fund formation and transaction processes from start to finish
