Senior Associate Employment Law Attorney

We are looking for a Senior Litigation Attorney in Los Angeles who will specialize in employment class actions, addressing issues such as wage-and-hour violations, meal and rest break violations, wage non-payment (including minimum wage, overtime, off-the-clock work), expense reimbursements, late payment of final wages, and paystub violations. Additionally, we handle Fair Credit Reporting Act claims and other intricate consumer class actions. Our expertise extends to litigating cases related to wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and sexual harassment.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the California State Bar in good standing.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an employment law background.
4. Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience.
5. Proven track record of success in employment litigation.
6. Exceptional knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
7. Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and problem-solving skills.
8. Superior written and verbal communication skills.
9. Ability to manage multiple cases and projects concurrently, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
10. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
11. Ability to provide practical, business-focused legal advice and solutions.
12. Strong commitment to client service and professional development.
