We are seeking a seasoned Senior Attorney specializing in Family Law to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our firm, providing expert legal advice and representation in a variety of family law matters, from complex asset division matters to child custody cases. This role requires a deep understanding of California family law, a passion for helping individuals and families navigate complex legal situations, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of professional ethics and integrity.


1. Providing expert legal counsel and representation to clients in all areas of family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, asset division, and other related matters.
2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex legal documents such as prenuptial agreements, divorce agreements, custody agreements, and other family law contracts.
3. Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, and effectively advocating for their interests.
4. Conducting thorough and diligent research to support legal proceedings and advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.
5. Collaborating with other members of our legal team to develop and implement effective legal strategies that meet our clients' unique needs and circumstances.
6. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in family law and related areas of law, and continually developing your professional skills and expertise.


1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 8 years of experience practicing family law, with a proven track record of success in litigation and negotiation.
