Job responsibilities will include working on audit teams to aid in the performance of audits, compilations, reviews, testing of internal controls, and financial reporting. The Senior Audit associate will also assist the firm management in ensuring delivery of excellent results to firm clients.

Sr. Audit Associate will ensure that all SEC related audits are completed and that processes adhere to applicable accounting and regulatory standards. The auditor will also ensure that a high standard of quality is maintained. Filing completed audited financial statements with the SEC. Additional responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

Work review
Ensuring that regulatory standards are maintained within client companies protocol
Ensuring that applicable accounting and regulatory standards are maintained within client companies procedures
Execute day to day activities of audit engagements of various clients
Filing audited financial statements with the SEC
Interface with all levels of the organization and our clients
Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data

Education/Experience:

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Accounting
CPA Preferred and required for maximum salary
3 or more years experience at a CPA firm a plus
Experience auditing financial statements of public companies
Experience with SEC filings
Exhibit excellent decision making and interpersonal skills
Familiar with (GAAS) Generally Accepted Auditing Standards
